Payment Schedule

• Deposit: Due at the time of booking

• Payment: Due on or before 150 days prior to departure

• Payment: Due on or before 100 days prior to departure

• Final Payment: Due on or before 45 days prior to departure

* Payment schedule will be adjusted accordingly as we pass the dates set above.

Cancellation Policy/Fees

• Cancellations 101 days or more prior to departure will incur in a $50.00 per person cancellation fee.

• Cancellations 76-100 days prior to departure will incur in a $100.00 per person cancellation fee.

• Cancellations 46-75 days prior to departure will incur a 50% (of total cost) penalty.

• Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to departure or after: NO REFUND

* Cancellation policy dates remain the same regardless of your booking date.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your upcoming trip.
